Chidorigafuchi Park, Urban park in Japan
Chidorigafuchi Park is a serene oasis in the midst of Tokyo's busy urban landscape.
The park surrounds part of the Imperial Palace and was once a moat for the Edo Castle.
During spring, Chidorigafuchi is one of the best places to view cherry blossoms in Tokyo.
It features a pedestrian path, boat rentals on the moat, and is close to Kudanshita Station.
Visitors can enter free of charge and experience the illuminated trees during the cherry blossom festival.
