Qutb Minar, Minaret in India
Qutb Minar is a 73-meter tall minaret that forms part of the Qutb complex, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Delhi, India.
Constructed in 1192 by Qutb ud-Din Aibak, it is one of the earliest and most prominent examples of Indo-Islamic architecture.
The tower has five distinct stories, each marked by a projecting balcony, and it is covered with intricate carvings and verses from the Quran.
