Arlington National Cemetery is a United States military cemetery in Arlington County, Virginia.
Established during the Civil War on the grounds of Arlington House, it is home to more than 400,000 graves.
It is the final resting place for many U.S. military members and others who have served the country.
The cemetery is open to visitors daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, a monument dedicated to deceased U.S. service members whose remains have not been identified, is located in Arlington National Cemetery.
