Canaima National Park, National park in Venezuela
Canaima National Park is a 30,000 km2 park in the south-east of Venezuela that borders Brazil and Guyana.
It was established on the 12th of June 1962 and declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1994.
The park is home to the indigenous Pemon people, who have lived in the area for centuries.
The park is known for its tepuis, or table-top mountains, which are a popular destination for hikers.
It is also the location of Angel Falls, the world's highest waterfall.
